Render timestamps on input video frames for vLLM video inference to improve video understanding quality.
Requires vLLM changes (use together): https://github.com/vllm-project/vllm/pull/31274
Falls back to the original pipeline if the vLLM version doesn’t include them (no timestamp rendering).
