... well, yes, it's called Llama 3.3 70B and has long been on Huggingface 😛
Tho in all seriousness, unless you upscale + distill from 70B or something, this is the best you're getting. This is all Facebook ever publicly put out there.
I can extend the context length of this to a million if somebody wants me to. Currently, it's pretty much neutered.
