This PR adds a model card, linking it to the paper OpenVision: A Fully-Open, Cost-Effective Family of Advanced Vision Encoders for Multimodal Learning.
It also adds a relevant pipeline tag, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-feature-extraction.
It also adds the Apache 2.0 license as well as the OpenCLIP library.
