# Unable to login

Hey guys, one of my friends found that he account is not able to login huggingface.

I want to help him to unlock the account, can anyone give some suggestions?

He tried to reset the password as soon as you gave suggestions. But the account is still locked now.

Perhaps his account is locked permanently, for the reason that he wrote a script to occupy the HF Space for several weeks…

Besides that, he doesn’t have any other high-risk behaviors

Same thing is happening to me. “Unable to login”. I reset my password and still same thing. It’s been like this for 4 days and unfortunately it’s affecting my business. I reached out to [website@huggingface.co](mailto:website@huggingface.co) ands they still haven’t responded.
