# Unable to create a space with zero gpu

When I clone a space with zero gpu, it says “User NotAiLOL cannot upgrade to zero-a10g”. I have heard that to use zero-gpu, I have to be in the community “ZeroGPU Explorer” (pls correct me if I am wrong).  
I request to join the community a few dates ago, till now there is no response. However, on the card, they said:

How long it takes to be approved?
