# Runtime error trying to create Autotrain space

I am following the instructions described here: [Updating AutoTrain Advanced to Latest Version](https://huggingface.co/docs/autotrain/v0.6.10/getting_started#updating-autotrain-advanced-to-latest-version)

However as the space is built, it returns a runtime error with the following error: File “/app/src/autotrain/apps/utils.py”, line 94, in \_login\_user  
username = user\_info[“name”]  
KeyError: ‘name’

I am logged in and have a payment method on file, so at a bit of a loss on how to fix this.

Any guidance is appreciated, thank you!

HF\_TOKEN seems to be mising

You need to copy your “Access Tokens” to the setting “HF\_TOKEN” of New Space.  
The HF\_TOKEN code is at “account → setting → Access Tokens”  
I hope it works for you.
