# Pro subscription is not activated

Hi  
I have paid and submitted my payment to subscribe for PRO, I can see the credit card has been charged too but still the subscription hasn’t been activated. I can see 2 holding payments were charged. I have already submitted a billing support ticket. 17333  
Please Help,
