# Pro Account – ZeroGPU Not Working Despite Subscription

This must be the cause.  
There [was a bug in an older version of the Hugging Face library (prior to Gradio 5.12.0), and its effects are still being felt today](/static-proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdiscuss.huggingface.co%2Ft%2Fvirtual-try-on-doesnt-appear-to-work%2F151913).
