# Didn't receive confirmation email after adding new email

I added a new email to my account but I haven’t received a verification link in my email.

Hi @meganariley, no it still says unverified. I deleted and re-added the email again but haven’t received the verification email yet.

Hi @meganariley , not sure if the issue is clear. As mentioned earlier, I added a **new** email to my account. There are already a few emails that are verified but after adding this new email, I didn’t receive a confirmation email in my mailbox. Can you help me by sending the confirmation email so I can verify this new email. I just emailed the above email as you requested as well.
