# Custom domain pending

Hello Hugging Face Team,

I’ve been stuck for two days trying to connect my custom domain.  
Here are all the details:

- **Account:** Pro plan (dragon icon) – email: _[slybe@hotmail.fr](mailto:slybe@hotmail.fr "mailto:slybe@hotmail.fr")_

- **Space:** `Slybe1/casachill-conciergerie-zen` – running perfectly on `hf.space`

- **Custom domain:** `www.casachill.co`

- **Status:** _Still pending_ → “CNAME record not found or incorrectly configured”

**🔧 DNS Configuration (on Namecheap)**

I have correctly set up the following records:

| Type | Host | Value | TTL |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **ALIAS** | `@` | `hf.space.` | 5 min |
| undefined | ---- | ---- | ---- |
| **CNAME** | `www` | `hf.space.` | Automatic |
| undefined | ---- | ---- | ---- |

Namecheap support confirmed everything is configured correctly and shows the proper values (see attached screenshots).  
DNSChecker and Google Toolbox both confirm full propagation (100% worldwide).

Yet, Hugging Face still shows **“pending – CNAME record not found or incorrectly configured.”**

**💬 What I’ve Tried**

- Removed and re-added the custom domain several times

- Waited over 24h (DNS fully propagated)

- Checked via multiple DNS tools – all return `www.casachill.co → hf.space.` correctly

Could you please manually verify or force validation on your side?  
Everything looks fine externally, so the issue seems to be on Hugging Face’s SSL or verification service.
