# CPU Basic quota exceeded with only one paused Space

Hello! My account `maksimilli` has only one Space: [Каталог электронных компонентов - a Hugging Face Space by maksimilli](https://huggingface.co/spaces/maksimilli/datasheet)  
CPU Basic (Free) is selected, but restarting fails with: “You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one.”  
Could you please check my CPU Basic quota and explain how to restore free access? Thank you!
