[Some recent versions of Transoformers had bugs](/static-proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdiscuss.huggingface.co%2Ft%2Ferror-404-when-downloading-the-tokenizer%2F168993%2F2)%2C so they may be fixed in an update.  
`pip install -U transformers`
