# Argilla Space stuck in infinite restart loop

Hi,

Our Argilla Space suddenly got stuck in an **infinite restart loop** and we can’t access it anymore:

The logs just keep showing the application startup message and then the container restarts again. We already tried restarting the Space and doing a **Factory Reset** , but it didn’t help.

We used this Space to collect **human annotations for a research dataset** , so the main concern is the **data stored in persistent storage**. There’s a lot of manual annotation work there and we really don’t want to lose it.

The only way we see to access the DB directly would be to **upgrade plan to enable SSH** , but that would cost about **$800–900** , which is way outside our research budget. We only need access long enough to extract the data.

So a few questions:

- Is there any way to **recover/export data from persistent storage** when a Space is stuck restarting?

- Can HF staff **temporarily help access or extract the persistent volume**?

- Any other way to recover Argilla data in this situation?

Would really appreciate any advice.
