# Accidental Subscription Renewal

Hello,

I am writing this post because I haven’t received a response to my email regarding a billing issue.

On **March 15, 2026** , my account ( **MINFFF** ) was charged **$30.00** due to an **accidental subscription renewal**. I intended to cancel it beforehand but unfortunately missed the timing.

I immediately sent an email to the support team to request a refund, as I have **not used any paid features or GPU resources** since the renewal. However, I have not received any reply or confirmation yet.

I understand the team might be busy, but I would really appreciate it if someone could look into my case and help me with this accidental charge.

I wonder which $30 subscription that is… The Pro plan is $9, after all…🤔
