# 403 CPU-Basic quota limit on my first and only Space

Hi Hugging Face team,

I am a first-time Hugging Face user and I created my first Space:

The Space uses:

- SDK: Gradio
- Hardware: CPU Basic (2 vCPU, 16 GB RAM)
- Account: Free
- This is my first and only Space.

When I try to restart/run the Space, I receive:

403  
You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one.

I do not have any previous Spaces to pause. This is my first Space.

The repository and deployment itself completed successfully:

- app.py uploaded successfully
- requirements.txt uploaded successfully
- source files uploaded successfully
- both PyTorch checkpoints uploaded successfully using Git LFS
- git push completed successfully

The Space is currently stuck in the Paused state because of the CPU-Basic quota error.

Could you please check whether there is an account-level quota issue or a backend quota-state problem with my account?

I would like to use the free CPU Basic hardware for this Gradio Space.
